Destination wedding light in the Tyrolean Alps - Lisa and Thomas are both native Tyroleans but live and work in Vorarlberg. For their wedding they went back to their roots. As their perfect wedding location they chose the gorgeous Stöttlalm in Mieming. Surrounded by a stunning mountain view they tied the knot at the platform on the pond in the middle of the Golf venue. I'm so happy that they trusted me and engaged me as their wedding photographer.
Lisa's Getting Ready took place in her appartment over the rooftops of Innsbruck. The bride and her bridesmaids had so much fun and prepared themselves perfectly for the big moment ... after their arrival in Mieming there could be nothing more perfect than getting to the Stöttlalm via a Golf cart.
Lisa's mum welcomed her warmly at the Stöttlalm and accompanied her at her walk to her future husband Thomas. So many emotions ... the ceremony has been helt by Mieming's registrar and so they could already sign all official papers locally at their ceremony. One of the few places in Tyrol where this is possible.
Flowers, games and goodies - I guess this describes the rest of the afternoon very well. The very sunny and quite warm afternoon was so casually planned and all guests could enjoy themselves at tasting the cake or the sweets from the candybar or at playing beerpong. The outdoor area of the Stöttlalm is perfect for such a casual party. Also the bouquet found a new owner ... although the guys were defending grabbing the bouquet first ... who knows who'll be the next wifey and hubby :-)
Short before sunset I asked the two newlyweds to take a walk into the forest and the streambed next to the venue. The light was the most perfect ... and certainly also Lisa and Thomas were ... pictures say more than a thousand words ... just dreamy ... thank you you guys for having me at your perfect day!
